Value Engineered with: Easy access slide-out airlock enables quick seal change. Intec’s proprietary urethane casted seals last 2-3X longer than industry standard seals. Oversized positive displacement blower w/ splash lubrication provides quiet operation, low maintenance, with high airflow & associated production. Back-flow valve standard – provides for long lasting system by preventing material from backing up into blower. Pressure relief valve standard – ensures system does not create more pressure than desired to protect components. Air ‘dump’ valve standard – provides beneficial adjustments for sensitive wall assemblies. Fresh Air Inlets standard – provide clean air to Vanguard and Blower motor enabling long life. Narrow width and low height enables operation from many vehicles in a variety of locations. Dual pulley’s and belts with automatic tensioners drastically reduce maintenance.
